4. Investment Risks

5. Fees and Charges

Management fees range from 1-2% annually based on your investment tier. Performance fees may apply to returns exceeding 15% annually. All fees are clearly disclosed before investment.

6. Account Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will liquidate your positions and return funds minus applicable fees and charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

InvestVerdMint's liability is limited to the amount of management fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for market losses or force majeure events.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
